Theatre Alberta’s Workshops by Request: Hometown Series will bring the resources of a skilled theatre professional to your community! Workshops by Request are coordinated by Theatre Alberta at your request and targeted to the specific needs of your group. Workshops in both technical and non-technical aspects of theatre bring highly trained theatre artists to your community for one, one and a half, or two-day workshops.

Thank you very much for your interest in the Workshops by Request: Hometown Series Program. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Theatre Alberta is not currently accepting any submissions from group members to host in-person workshops in their community. You are more than welcome to request a workshop and we can reassess the information and guidelines from public health officials and the government to determine whether or not the workshop will be possible at the requested time. We sincerely hope that in due time we will again be able to offer in-person workshops. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jake Tkaczyk, Program Coordinator at [email protected].
Download the Workshops by Request: Hometown Series Information Package – Inside you’ll find useful information for planning successful workshops, guidelines for the program, and a list of workshop topics.
