We offer a wide range of programs and services to drama students, professional theatre artists, educators, and enthusiasts, as well as to schools, post-secondary institutions, and community and professional theatres.
- Library – fully circulating with more than 23,000 titles – including playscripts, musicals, periodicals, and reference materials
- Artstrek – a summer school for teens that explores the exciting world of theatre and stagecraft
- Workshops by Request – highly subsidized workshops with professional instructors for our member theatre organizations in Alberta
- Hometown Series – our long beloved program of sending theatre professionals to teach in the community of the group who requests the workshop- you pick the topic, we find you an instructor
- Rocky Mountain Series – Group members OR ad hoc groups of individual members can propose topics and instructors for 3-day destination workshops at Banff Centre
- Online Resources, including:
- Classifieds – Alberta’s premiere online theatre listings sharing service with information on current auditions, jobs, workshops, resources, events, and more
- Playbill – information on nearly every production from Alberta’s current theatre season
- Theatre Buzz – Theatre Alberta’s monthly eNewsletter

- Emerge – an annual audition event for graduating post-secondary actors
- Safe Stages – a publication and seminar for occupational Health and Safety awareness and education
