How to submit your info:
All Albertan theatre companies are invited to list their company information in Playbill free-of-charge. Current Theatre Alberta group members may list their season information free-of-charge on the Playbill poster, and their season information will remain online as long as their membership remains current. For non-members each event listing will cost $30.
To become a member, or to renew your membership visit theatrealberta.com/membership or send us an email at info@theatrealberta.com.
The link below will take you to the Company Information Form. Please fill out this form first! If we have your company in our database the form should be auto-populated with your info. Once you have looked over (or filled out) your company information you’ll be redirected to the Event Submissions form. If you’ve already filled out the Company Information Form and are looking for the link to submit your events, please email Simone at simone@theatrealberta.com.
We’re also looking for photos from your recent productions to help us showcase all the amazing theatre that happens in Alberta. Photos may appear on our Playbill website, in Playbill print materials and, if you allow us, in other marketing materials that highlight Albertan theatre.
We invite Theatre Alberta members to share information about upcoming productions, both online and in-person, on our What’s On blog. All submissions to our What’s On blog will be shared on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels and, when possible, in our Theatre Buzz newsletter. If you’re not a Theatre Alberta member you may still use the What’s On service for a $40 fee per submission. You can submit your event here.
