Artstrek 2026 Program Tuition
Exploration I
July 12 – 17, 2026 | 12* – 15 year olds
*12 year olds must have completed Grade 7
$875 + GST until May 15, 2026
$925 + GST starting May 16, 2026
Exploration II
July 19 – 25, 2026 | 15* – 18 year olds
*15 year olds who have completed Grade 10 have the option to attend Exploration II
$925 + GST until May 15, 2026
$975 + GST starting May 16, 2026
Prices include all meals and accommodations, and a non-refundable $50 + GST registration fee. Students who reside outside of Alberta must pay an additional fee of $100 + GST.

Financial Supports for Students
Theatre Alberta, a registered charity, works to ensure Artstrek is as affordable as possible. Tuition fees represent less than 50% of the cost of supporting each students’ attendance at the program.
There are three ways to apply for financial support to pay for part, or all, of your Artstrek tuition. Our scholarships and The Keith Ewasiuk Memorial Award can be accessed at the same time through the Artstrek registration form–you do not have to choose only one option, and can apply for any/all of the opportunities together. Artstrek Community Sponsorships may require direct applications to the sponsors. Please note, however, that the eligibility criteria and deadlines for each program are different.

Scholarship support from Theatre Alberta is limited, and will be provided to those in the greatest financial need. We request that scholarship applicants provide whatever portion of the Artstrek tuition fee is possible/reasonable for them. We encourage applying for funding from a community sponsorship to make up the balance of the tuition.
In addition, it is possible to pay for tuition in installments by setting up a payment plan with us. All tuition must be paid a week prior to the start of Artstrek.
