The Thousand Faces Festival is seeking applications to join our our team with marketing and operational short term full-time positions for our 2024 Festival. Made possible by the Canada Summer Jobs program, we have 3 opportunities available:

  1. Marketing Coordiantor
  2. Assistant Producer focusing on site and vendors
  3. Assistant Producer focusing on volunteer management.

Application Deadline: May 10, 2024 or until the positions are filled
Targeted Start Date: May 27, 2024
Term: 8 weeks
Compensation: $20-$22.5/hour, 35 hours per week

For the past 12 years, The Thousand Faces Festival has celebrated the myths and stories at the roots of Edmonton’s many cultures through theatre, music, dance, and other artistic disciplines. This position is funded in part through the Canada Summer Jobs Program. To be eligible, applicants must:

  • be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period
  • be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
  • have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial legislation and regulations
