New this Fall: Acro Yoga Foundations class for Adults!
This beginner Acro Yoga class will introduce you to the basic concepts of partner acrobatics. You will learn to safely execute movements with one or more partners, as well as different spotting techniques. Be ready to go upside down, literally lift other people up and find a new way to play and interact with friends in a safe space.

This 60-minute class runs in 6-week sessions.
