Auditions (Canmore): Stage Kiss by Sarah Ruhl – Pine Tree Players

Pine Tree Players is seeking a volunteer actor to play HE in our upcoming production of Stage Kiss by Sarah Ruhl, directed by Amanda Goldberg.

HE (M, 45-60): An actor who lives in the East Village of NYC, in a grimy studio apartment. Always typecast as the leading man. Charming and sweet, but equally self-absorbed with Peter Pan syndrome. Loves to romanticize. Definitely a Jack Kerouac fan. This character is involved in scenes of intimacy in the form of kissing. We will be collaborating with trained intimacy director Anastasia St. Amand (CAEA) to properly choreograph these moments.

Location: Canmore, Alberta
Rehearsals: Sundays during the daytime and Monday evenings, Sept 10 to Nov 13 inclusive
Performances: Nov 15-18 and 23-25 at 7:30pm, Nov 19 at 2pm
