LEARN TO READ THE DARN SCORE: A BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO READING MUSIC

Have no clue how to read your sheet music beyond the words to your song? Come learn how to read all those notes on the page too! This intro to music theory class is designed for musical theatre performers who do not know how to or have minimal experience reading and interpreting music. In this workshop, participants will learn what sort of musical cues to look for as well as receive an introduction to reading music notes, rhythms, and musical symbols.
