Auditions (Edmonton): Long-Form Improv Conservatory – Grindstone Theatre

The Improv Conservatory is an audition-based program for those interested in professional improv performance. Those chosen for the conservatory will participate in a weekly improv training session with Improviser Lee Boyes. The conservatory is an 8-week ensemble program that concludes with participants creating and performing Long-Form improv shows as part of the programming at The Grindstone Comedy Theatre. Classes run every Tuesday from April 26 – June 14, with six weekly rehearsals and seven weekly performances from June 16 – August 4, 2022. If you wish to audition, please use the sign-up sheet!

Auditions take place on Sunday, April 3rd in two groups. Group 1 is from 10:30am – 12:30pm. Group 2 is 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Please use this form to sign up: forms.gle/qhUwU9D4WnFhFjRj8

Please Note: this class will also be performing in the Edmonton Fringe 2022. Students will receive a share of the profits
made from performing in the Fringe.
