🚨SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
Ghost River Theatre has a new scholarship program to help defray the costs of participating in our company’s esteemed 3-Week National Devised Theatre Intensive. This program, generously sponsored by Sentinel Storage, exists particularly to enable marginalized folks to train in devised theatre with our company and does not need to be strictly based on financial need.
How Does It Work?
Applicants who are accepted into the 3-Week National Devised Theatre Intensive will be given the opportunity to apply for the scholarship. Those interested in the program can apply for the intensive on our website here: ghostrivertheatre.com/3weekintensive.
Recipients of this scholarship will be determined by Ghost River Theatre’s Staff, the instructors of the Intensive, and a third-party consultant. The applicants will be assessed based on how their artistic practice aligns with Ghost River Theatre and their perceived need for training. Priority will be given to those for whom funds are a barrier.
We anticipate between three and five participants will be chosen to receive scholarships. The scholarships will be used to cover part or all of the tuition cost for the intensive.
The deadline to submit for the scholarship is March 15, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
