The Fundraising Assistants positions – Junior, Intermediate and Senior – are commission-based positions, with pre-arranged targets and very flexible hours. The positions report to the Fundraising Manager and/or the Artistic & Managing Director.
PAY: 30-40% commission from all funds raised by the Fundraising Assistant – based on experience.
JOB DUTIES: We are looking to raise funds through sponsorships and partnerships with local and global businesses. The sponsorship packages range from $250 to $1,200; of which 30-40% is paid as commission to the Fundraising Assistant. This is a remote position.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Motivated, reliable, professional; experience in fundraising is a plus; experience in event management, sales, theatre and/or film preferred
