
WHO YOU ARE:
As the Programming & Venue Coordinator, you play a key part in our team – working to ensure the visual and performing arts programming and venue needs of your colleagues, artists, patrons, and client community are satisfied. You love to connect with artists and our clients in an open, helpful, and engaging manner.
You are an organized problem solver who is self motivated and can work under pressure. You like to work with a team that is just as dedicated as you are to having fun but working hard to achieve our goals. You enjoy kicking around ideas and putting them into action.
You have some experience similar to working in retail, theatre setting, tourism, front line work or project/event management as these skills are readily transferable to this position.
You are available to work flexible work weeks that includes working evenings and weekends.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours), days, evenings and weekends
Wage: $24.12/hour during six-month probation period, increasing to $25.10/hour upon completion of a successful probationary period.
