About the Show:

A trans man and his idealized cis self enter the room, inviting onlookers to a very brave thing on the best, most perfect day ever. A guided meditation, a group retreat, a paint night, whatever it takes — together, if they just erase the image there, remove a memory here, edit the names, refine the story, refine the story…maybe perfection will be attainable in the end after all.

About the Playwright:

Even Gilchrist (he/him) is a queer and trans theatre artist based in amiskwaciywâskahikan (Edmonton), whose primary practice centres the creation and development of new work and full production design for the stage.

Roles to be cast:
“A”: a trans man
“B”: a cis man

This production is hoping to prioritize and highlight queer, Alberta-based talent, but auditions from out-of-town actors will be accepted and enthusiastically reviewed!
