In its fifth year in 2021, Actsafe’s annual conference is coming to you virtually February 26–27!
Actsafe’s Entertainment Safety Conference (formerly Event Safety Conference) brings together a broad range of stakeholders from the motion picture, television and commercial industry, festivals and the performing arts, the music industry, event production and venues, tourism, health and safety, education, production suppliers, municipalities, labour unions and beyond to network and learn about entertainment safety from a range of experts in their fields.
In 2020 over 260 delegates attended from across Canada and the US, and from as far away as the UK.
Over the course of the two days, the conference will be jam-packed with informative presentations, roundtable sessions, and panel discussions with experts in their fields.
The 2021 conference is presented on a Pay What You Can basis, including $0. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the arts and entertainment industries and we recognize that many of our member’s income has been affected. We want everyone to have the opportunity to join us to network and share knowledge.
