The Musical Stage Company is looking to hire a creative, results-driven Artistic Development Associate who is excited to contribute to our Production & Programming team. Working closely with and reporting primarily to the Deputy Artistic Director, the Artistic Development Associate will be a key collaborator and executer of various producing activities, primarily within our new musical development, artist development, and education portfolios. This full-time position combines forward-thinking artistic visioning, day to day programmatic and producing execution and artist development to a robust musical development and education program.
 
The successful candidate will be a highly creative arts manager/producer whose career interests lie at the cross section of designing and supporting creative processes, artist development and producing. The candidate will have a deep passion for and knowledge of musical theatre, producing, and administration. They will be comfortable in creative planning and exceptional at logistical execution. Our goal is to make Canada a leader in musical theatre and doing so requires the realization of programs and the creation of environments that allow artists to thrive. Compensation
$40,000- $50,000 per year depending on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
