PUPPETS AND PLAY (ages 6-8)
Do you have a great imagination? Are you always making up plays with your friends? In this class, we will work together to write and perform an original puppet play, complete with hand-(no pun intended)made puppets! Sundays, 6:00PM – 7:00PM
THE OLD-FASHIONED RADIO HOUR (ages 9-12)
Before Netflix and the internet, the greatest form of family entertainment was the radio drama! In this class we will collaborate to write and perform an old-timey radio play complete with live foley (sound effects). Sundays, 7:00PM – 8:00PM
SCENE STUDY FOR TEENS (ages 13-16)
In this class, students will expand their acting skills while working with scripted scenes. Learn the elements of characterization, scene analysis, and physicalization in this fun and supportive skill-building class. Mondays, 7:00PM – 8:15PM

Monica is an actor, voice artist, and teacher living in Amiskwaciwâskahikan. She is the former artistic director of Zocalo Theatre and has taught and adjudicated drama and musical theatre across the province. Monica’s classes focus on collaboration and creativity while working in a supportive environment. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s BFA Acting program.
