SUNDAY AFTERNOON DRAMA CLASSES

WHO: Ages 7-9
WHAT: ADVENTURES WITH AWESOME AESOP – Imagine Greece in the 6th Century where a Greek Storyteller named Aesop wrote Fables characterized by animals with human characteristics and who explained the world through morals or lessons. In a series of fun-filled drama classes, players will learn Storytelling, and Performing Arts techniques, in order to develop their communication skills.
WHEN: Sundays, 12:30-2:30pm from Jan. 12 – March 15, 2020
INVESTMENT: Discount = $240/player, if registered by Dec. 30, or for members of: the same family or Regular = $270/player

WHO: Ages 10-14
WHAT: ANDROCLES AND THE LION – Imagine Greece in the 6th Century where a Greek Storyteller named Aesop wrote Fables characterized by animals with human characteristics and who explained the world through morals or lessons. Now imagine this Fable told through a physical style of Theatre called The Commedia dell’Arte. In a series of fun-filled drama classes, players will learn Storytelling, Mask Play and Physical Theatre techniques, in order to develop their communication skills.
WHEN: Sundays, 2:45-5:45pm from Jan. 12 – March 15, 2020
