Pine Tree Players is pleased to present Five Women Wearing the Same Dress by Alan Ball, directed by Lauren Hawkeye, April 15-25 at the Canmore Miners’ Union Hall.

This ensemble dramedy by the creator of True Blood has a wide range of roles for local actors to sink their teeth into. We are seeking women aged eighteen to forty-five (ish) for the five main characters, as well as one man in the same age range.

Auditions will take place December 2 and 3 in Canmore and are open to people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds as well as non-binary/gender non-conforming performers.

The key dates to be aware of are as follows:
Rehearsals – Monday and Thursday 6:00 to 8:30pm; adding Sunday afternoons starting mid-March
Tech Rehearsal – Saturday April 11
Dress Rehearsal – Monday April 13, 7:30pm
Performances – April 15-18 and April 23-25 7:30pm and April 19 2pm

Applicants should come to the audition prepared to do a theatrical monologues of up to 1 minute in length.
