Class (Alberta): Online Course for Arts Administrators – Rozsa Foundation

Rozsa Foundation

The Rozsa Foundation is excited to offer its first online course for mid-career arts administrators across Canada. In partnership with the University of Calgary – Haskayne Executive Education, we are piloting a marketing course called “Mapping the Journey of Your Arts Audience”. The 21-hour course will run from January to March 2020 and will help arts administrators maximize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.

When you look at your audience or membership – who do you see and who do you want to see? What attracted your first time single ticket buyer to your event and why does your dedicated patron keep coming back? How can you more effectively use your marketing budget? Mapping the Journey of Your Arts Audience is offered online with a mixture of self-directed learning, live webinars, and learning activities with feedback throughout by Haskayne faculty Scott Radford. Participants will learn how to effectively identify and segment their current audience, identify and define potential audience segments, and map their audience journey.

To learn more and ask questions about the program, we invite you to a free live webinar with Haskayne faculty Scott Radford and Rozsa Foundation staff Geraldine Ysselstein on Tuesday, October 22nd from 12-1pm MST (2-3pm EST). Please register online for the webinar at: https://go.ucalgary.ca/2019-10-22MappingtheJourneyInfoSession_LPRegistration1.html
