ABOUT WELL BEHAVED WOMEN
Well Behaved Women is a new comedy being developed for the 2019 Fringe Festival from the winner of the 2019 Stagestruck Festival’s “Outstanding New Work”. Using a late-night comedy sketch format, this new work explores the question of where women fit in HIStory. A timely romp into the world of real badass women who deserve the spotlight. Where the women have had ENOUGH of the man with his pen and a hat that reads “make women great again.” After all, Time’s Up.

AUDITIONS
Saturday, June 1st
Additional dates if necessary

Looking to cast 3 women of ethnic diversity (African, Latin, Asian) between the ages of 20-35
with the ability to play a broad range of female characters spanning the course of History.

Please prepare a comedic monologue of your choice and a song which can be done A cappella or with a backing track. Bring availability from June 15 to August 28th.

Must be comfortable with sexual content, political statements, and be willing to wear a bathing suit on stage.
