Flaming Peanuts is looking for the role of Marianne in the play Constellations by Nick Payne for the Edmonton Fringe Festival.
SYNOPSIS:
The play follows Roland, a beekeeper, and Marianne, a cosmologist through their romantic relationship. It tracks their entire relationship from the awkward beginning to the unfortunate end in the infinite universe.
CHARACTERS:
Marianne: (female identifying) Marianne is a scientist, who often waxes poetic about cosmology, quantum mechanics, string theory and the belief that there are multiple universes that pull peoples’ lives in various directions.
AUDITIONS
Auditions will take place on Sunday, May 5th (1-5) and another date pending on interests, at the Playhouse. Flaming Peanuts Theatre will contact individuals selected to audition with further information about the audition.
Please be prepared to do cold reads. No monologues are required.

REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will begin in the first week of June and it will be done twice a week. We will meet once in May to do a read through as well as discuss rehearsal schedules.
