Paid Internship Opportunity:
Production Assistants wanted for Theatre Yes’ Slight of Mind
Theatre Yes is recruiting Production Assistants for their upcoming production of Slight of Mind, written by Beth Graham and premiering at the Citadel Theatre in March 2019. Slight of Mind is a site-specific, immersive production that takes the audience on a roving journey from opulent lobbies to hidden underground caverns. Using non-theatre spaces at the Citadel Theatre, drawing inspiration from Greek myth and the marvel of human flight, Slight of Mind will shine a light on the nature of truth.
Working under and reporting to professional Equity Stage Manager Tessa Stamp, the student will assist with pre-set, re-set, and supervision of one of eight performance installations, which will be part of the project. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Western Canada’s largest professional theatres.
