AUDITION NOTICE
Fort Edmonton Park is seeking a diverse group of Actors, Improvisational Performers, and Haunt Enthusiasts 15 years of age and older to play ghoulishly wicked characters in the most intense Halloween event in Western Canada!
As a Scare Actor you will be the one lurking the shadows to frighten and delight guests in one of our three unique Haunts! As a member of our Scare Team you will be expected to stay in character, wear assigned costume and makeup, and interact with guests and other team members in a professional manner.
No experience necessary and all performance positions are paid $15/hour.
What are the required dates?
Please note exact times to be confirmed in October. You MUST be available for ALL dates:
-Orientation and Rehearsal: Saturday October 13 – 10:00am to 4:00pm
-Scare Actor Rehearsal: Tuesday, October 16 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm
-Invited Dress Rehearsal: Wednesday, October 17 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Thursday, October 18 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Friday, October 19 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Saturday, October 20 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Wednesday, October 24 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Thursday, October 25 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Friday, October 26 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Saturday, October 27 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
-Sunday, October 28 – 6:00pm – 11:30pm
What should I expect at the audition?
-Everyone will participate in a group audition (6 to 10 people at a time).
-Auditions will take a total of 30 minutes. You will be assigned an exact time-slot.
-There is no need to prepare anything.
-Come dressed to move with a willingness to explore being creepy!
Audition Details
When: Friday, August 31st, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday, September 1st, 2018 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
