StoryBook Theatre is seeking confident, self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to fill the role of Front of House Supervisor for the remainder of our Season to Explore. The successful candidates will be responsible for the smooth running of the Front of House during show times. This will include the supervision, training and guidance of the volunteer ushers and concession staff throughout the evening; care and supervision of the public before, during and after performances; as well as fielding concerns of frustrated patrons and managing expectations in a positive way.
Ideal Candidates would possess:
- at least 3 years in customers service
- understanding of live theatre and theatre practices
- basic computer and administrative skills
- above all a positive attitude
StoryBook Theatre hosts 10 am student matinees school days, making week-day availability essential to the role.
