Alma Theatre presents HAGAR

Alma Theatre is proud to present its inaugural production: HAGAR by Aksam Alyousef. HAGAR tells the story of a mother’s decision to make a difficult sea voyage to escape war-torn Aleppo with her young son. While Hagar is not based on any one individual’s true story, it incorporates common, painful truths about the human toll of the Syrian refugee crisis into an honest, harrowing narrative.
