Are you interested in fringing all year long? We are looking for a teammate who is passionate about the theatre and the Edmonton International Fringe™ Theatre Festival. Specifically, you’ll support staff and volunteers by managing database systems, key projects, and provide technical solutions to improve organizational output and performance.
Do you understand how important data is to provide the perfect Fringe experience? This position is responsible for data input, management, and support related to our box office software, rental and event management software, and other key databases used within the organization. You will monitor and manage the performance of these systems, including providing insight, analytics, and reports that inform key elements of our operations.
Your role requires you work collaboratively with many teammates and stakeholders, as you implement sustainable database management and oversight. This position reports to the Director of Patron Services and works cross functionally with the various departments, vendors, and volunteers.

Successful candidates will have a background in system and process analysis, database management, and software solution research, development, and implementation.
