Audition call:

Bustle & Beast, along with Blarney Productions are holding auditions for the North American premiere of SCORCH by Stacey Gregg.

SCORCH is a touching and provocative solo show. It is a story of first love set through the eyes of a gender-curious teen. For those who feel they’re not living the right life, online is a place to be yourself. Out in the real world, though, things can be very different. SCORCH was inspired by a recent UK case of ‘gender fraud’ after they started a sexual relationship with a teenage girl who believed them to be a boy.

Casting the role of Kes (to play late-teens)

This play is first being produced at the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival from August 16- 26th, 2018. Rehearsals are scheduled to begin in June determined by casting and availability.

The artist will be engaged under the Festival Policy agreement.
