Alberta Theatre Projects, Theatre Junction GRAND, and the Calgary Foundation are calling for artists to create a 10-Minute Play for Jane’s Walk.
Six groups will be selected to create and perform a 10-minute piece as part of the Jane’s Walk festival in Calgary.
Each of the six selected groups will be given a $400 honorarium as thanks for their participation.
This year, 10-Minute Plays for Jane’s Walk will be based around Stephen Avenue. This storied road inspires reflection on what it means to be a city and what it means to be the core of a city.

The 10-Minute Plays for Jane’s Walk program is open to professional theatre companies, emerging groups, community-based groups, individual performers and storytellers with some experience creating and producing performances.
