QLAB INTENSIVE

Led by long-time Ghost River Theatre audiovisual designer and programmer Matthew Waddell, the QLab Intensive is a hands-on introduction to the tools and techniques used in audiovisual design for theatre and multimedia performance. This four-day, 18 hour, workshop combines lectures, live demos, and in-class exercises that guide participants through media design from conception to delivery. The intensive is intended for students, technicians, designers, artists, and educators with little to novice experience in multimedia design or digital tools.

VIDEO PROJECTION INTENSIVE

Led by long-time Ghost River Theatre audiovisual designer and programmer Matthew Waddell, the Video Projection Intensive is for those looking to dive deeper into the world of digital video projection for live performance. This four-day, 18 hour, workshop combines lectures, live demos, and in-class exercises introducing participants to the current techniques and practices of output digital video. The intensive is intended for students, technicians, designers, artists, and educators who already have experience working with computers for performance or installation.
