You are invited to the World Premiere screening of The Gray Jay and the Magpie. WP Puppet has commissioned emerging writer Ken Lee from Calgary to write a 150-line story to mark Canada’s 150th Anniversary of Confederation. Over 150 local, national, and international participants of all ages took part in the video by making a puppet and having their puppet read one line of the story. Come to our screening event to see the results! We will also have puppet making, creative activities, and cupcakes! Writer, participants, and puppets will be in attendance.
