About the Position:
The Artistic Associate reports directly to the Artistic Director. Responsibilities of the Artistic Associate, both shared and individual may include:
- Supporting the artistic staff with in-production tasks
- Assisting with grant writing and editing
- Digital and physical marketing
- Occasional administrative support (eg. Front of House)
The successful applicant is interested in representing Theatre BSMT in the community, and in helping the company continue to grow under the direction of it’s mandate and artistic goals.
