FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR
StoryBook Theatre is seeking confident, self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to fill the role of Front of House Supervisor for our Season of Change. The successful candidates will be responsible for the smooth running of the Front of House during show times. This will include the supervision, training and guidance of the volunteer ushers and concession staff throughout the evening, care and supervision of the public before, during and after performances as well as the fielding of frustrated patrons and managing expectations in a positive way.
Ideal Candidates would possess:
- at least 3 years in customers service
- understanding of theatre and theatre practices
- basic computer and administrative skills
- and above all a positive attitude
