You can find the application form HERE and all other Festival information at our website.
We will continue accepting volunteer applications until all positions are filled.
Deadline to volunteer: June 25, 2017.
Check out our volunteer teams below, and contact Meagan at volunteer@commongroundarts.ca if you have any questions.
Site Crew: Consider yourself a handy person? Festival Headquarters needs you! Duties include setting up the site (putting up decorations, setting up tables, chairs, tents, garbage receptacles etc), maintaining the site throughout the festival (tidying the park, resetting tables and chairs, keeping the people happy), and cleaning up at the end of the festival. This position requires some light physical work.
Bartender: Outgoing? Love to chat? Want to help folks have a great time? We’re looking for volunteer bartenders to sling drinks and help our Bar Manager keep the beer gardens in tip top shape. Bartenders must be over the age of 18, have valid government ID, and current ProServe certification.
Box Office: Be in the thick of the action! Sell tickets. Track sales. Direct patrons and artists. Help make festival magic. Volunteers in this position are expected to manage and report cash floats.
Information / Merch: Hawk official Found Fest wear as well as band merch at our Info Booth/Merch Table hybrid! Duties include setting up and taking down the merch table, selling festival and artist wares, managing and reporting cash floats, as well as being an information hub about Found Fest to our patrons.
Front of House: We need a small army of Front of House volunteers to greet patrons, sell tickets at the door, rip tickets, accept donations, and keep the good times rolling. Access to a vehicle, bicycle or another form of transportation is an asset — some travel between venues and Festival Headquarters will be involved.
