Workshop (Edmonton): Shakescenes Acting Workshop – Christopher Weddell

A fun workout for body, voice, & imagination of actors of ALL experience levels!

At Shakescenes 2017, you will learn pragmatic rehearsal techniques designed to help you find the dynamic physical actions embedded in Shakespeare’s words while developing a vivid and personal relationship with your character’s story. The workshop broaches Shakespeare with an incredibly comprehensive approach; covering everything from group exercises, pre-performance strategies, performance, mock auditions and more!

Preparation Details:

  • Please prepare a monologue (memorize as much as possible) 14-18 lines.
  • Please let Christopher know which speech you would like to work on so he can prepare.
