Theatre Students: Want a paid acting experience at a fair wage?

Then AUDITION for THOU ART HERE’s Performance Intern Position!

The “Freewill Summer Company” will consist of 6 actor/musicians/creators made up of Thou Art Here founders, associates and interns who will work to create and perform two 15 minute puppet shows (based upon The Merchant of Venice & The Merry Wives of Windsor) and a 30 minute musical medley of Shakespearean songs. These pieces will be used for performance at, and promotion of, the Freewill Shakespeare Festival 2017. This is a collaborative process wherein all members will write music, adapt the script, rehearse, and perform.

This flexible position will take place part-time from May 16-July 16, 2017.

Ideal for someone with skills in: Acting, Puppeteering, Education, Music, and Improvisation.
