Full-time, permanent position w/ benefits package
Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager-Finance and Administration, the Executive Assistant provides support to the Edmonton Arts Council staff and Board of Directors in a number of areas. The Executive Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the Edmonton Arts Council’s main office including reception duties during regularly scheduled office hours. This position requires occasional evening work and weekend work.
We are seeking a person who is comfortable interacting with the public, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and who can multi-task within the various departments of a large municipal arts council. The successful candidate will be an indispensable part of our organization. All EAC employees are expected to embrace and commit to the EAC’s goal to support Indigenous and culturally diverse artists in Edmonton.

Remuneration: $40,000 to $52,191 per annum w/ EAC benefits package.
