Bethany Hughes is Incoming Artistic Director for 2017/18 & 2018/19 Seasons!

Bethany Hughes comes to Walterdale with a BA in both Drama and Psychology from the University of Alberta. She co-founded Straight Edge Theatre and has had the pleasure of directing numerous projects in and around the Edmonton area. Bethany has been involved in the Walterdale community for several years in various roles, most recently as director of RED, the theatre’s 58th season opener.
