Celebrate the upcoming Chinese Year of the Rooster – come make a rooster puppet!

When: Saturday, January 21 from 1-3pm.
Where: YWCA, Studio C, 320 5 Ave SE, Calgary AB, T2G 0E5.

Celebrate the upcoming Chinese Year of the Rooster with WP Puppet Theatre by making your own rooster puppet with shaped newspaper, yarn and of course, lots of feathers! The workshop will be based on Click Clack Moo: Cows that Type by Doreen Cronin, a hilarious book about farmyard animals. Create a postscript for the book with what happens when the Roosters got a hold of the typewriter!

Please note that children and teens must participate with an adult! Ages 4+

Tickets:

In advance here: $10/person or $35 for groups (4-6 people).
At the door, if not sold out: $15 per person.
