Call for Nominations (Edmonton): Hall of Fame & Awards of Distinction – City of Edmonton

Accepting Nominations for Hall of Fame & Awards of Distinction

The Salute to Excellence Council is currently gathering nominations to recognize and honour Edmonton’s most outstanding citizens who, through their participation in arts and culture, community service, and sports, or through extraordinary service to their communities have made exemplary contributions to the quality of life in Edmonton.

During a formal evening presentation, the Salute to Excellence Council inducts outstanding Edmontonians into the City of Edmonton Arts and Culture, Community Service, and Sports Halls of Fame. The 2017 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on June 12, 2017, from 7:30-10pm at the Francis Winspear Centre for Music.

Note: Groups or teams of more than 4 people including not-for-profit and charitable organizations are not eligible for Halls of Fame, but are eligible for Awards of Distinction.

Deadline to nominate: February 16, 2017.
