Dance, Drama and Music have long and proud histories at the University of Calgary. But as the newly formed School of Creative and Performing Arts, all three divisions are also radically reinventing themselves—as they collectively reimagine artistry for the twenty-first century.
It’s time to celebrate our pasts, showcase our current innovations in curriculum and programming, and provide a window on where we’re going next. The evening will feature cameos by some of our many illustrious alumni, performances by some of our remarkable current students, and an opportunity to collectively reflect on the future of creative and performing arts education at the University of Calgary.
