Opportunity for Albertan artists to create a legacy artwork, performance, or composition!

The 25th Anniversary Commemorative Art Projects is a one-time funding opportunity for Albertan artists to create a legacy artwork, performance, or composition intended to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, reflecting our anniversary theme: Alberta Inspires. This grant will provide funding for to up to five projects to a maximum of $25,000 each. Both individuals and organizations are eligible to apply.

Deadline to apply: December 1, 2016.

Applications for this grant stream are made online through the Grants Application Tracking and Evaluation (GATE) system. To make an application, you will require an online GATE user ID and password. Please email registrationAFA@gov.ab.ca at least five business days prior to the application deadline with the following information:

• Your legal name or the legal name of the organization;
• The contact name of the individual responsible for preparing the application on behalf of the organization; and,
• The contact person’s email address.
