Daphne and Rollie Waters are in financial trouble. Daphne is out-of-work, and Rollie is about to be laid off. With few prospects, Daphne decides that the solution to their economic woes is to enter the world of adult entertainment. With the help of their cameraman friend Alex, as well as Jill, an out-of-work actress, and Bryon, a sexually inexperienced bookie, they begin the innocent, surprisingly sweet and often hilarious process of producing their very own home-made skin flick.

Open auditions for all roles will take place:

  • Sunday October 30th (1:00 to 4:00pm),
  • Tuesday November 1st (7:00 to 9:30pm),
  • Thursday November 3rd (7:00 to 9:30pm)

At the Morpheus Rehearsal Centre
3512 – 5th Avenue NW
(lower level of the Parkdale Community Centre)

Callbacks, if required, will take place on Sunday, November 6th from 1:00 to 4:00pm.

Audition Requirements:

  • A prepared COMEDIC monologue (2 minutes long),
  • A cold read may be requested,
  • Please bring your resume and headshot to the audition.

Deadline to submit: November 3, 2016.

Rehearsals will take place from November 22 through February 2 with a break over Christmas and New Years. Rehearsals will be Sunday afternoons, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Morpheus Theatre requires that auditionees come prepared to commit to the rehearsal and performance schedule.
