Mount Royal University recipient of City of Calgary Accessibility Award!

On September 28, 2016, the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts at Mount Royal University was recognized for its accesibility for persons with disabilities.

The Award for Accessibility recognizes buildings or facilities in Calgary that significantly exceeded the minimum requirements of Section 3.8, “Barrier-Free Design” of the Alberta Building Code for accessibility by persons with disabilities. Recognizes buildings or facilities that exceed minimum requirements for accessibility for persons with disabilities.
