A play filled with laughter and a great message: “Glittering” by Pauline Henry StephensABOUT: This play emphasises the importance for Christians to seek, and know the will of God for our lives, and to lean not on our own understanding. Rebecca, a lovely Christian lady was lured by the enemy through Mikie, (an unsaved and deceptive young man) who captivated her, with the glitters of material possessions. However; her husband-to-be, Jonathan, remained firmly grounded in God. He never lost faith in his God, but consistently declared a prosperous destiny over their lives, in spite of an unexpected and devastating attempt by Mikie, to challenge their future together. Jonathan’s consistency in prayer led Rebecca to the place where God wants her to be, highlighting the fact that no matter how far we stray, Jesus; our Potter, is willing and able to put us back together again.
