Introducing the International Festival of Animated Objects Society (IFAOS)

The International Festival of Animated Objects (IFAO) is a biennial festival that promotes the arts of puppetry, mask, and animated objects.The IFAO features high calibre local, national, and international artists working in the realm of animated objects. Programming includes live performances, screenings, lectures, workshops, and exhibitions for all ages, and adult audiences.

The International Festival of Animated Objects Society (IFAOS) is a new, stand-alone entity, entirely focused on producing the Festival of Animated Objects. 

“Headed up by the lovely and dynamic Gwen Murray, with mad support from Peter Balkwill, Bob Davis, and Xstine Cook, IFAOS is working closely with Calgary Animated Objects Society (CAOS) to co-produce the 2017 Festival of Animated Objects.”
