Are you an artist or organization looking for a reasonably priced office space

with access to a full service colour photocopier, a spacious board room and an air conditioned and wheelchair accessible rehearsal/creation space – all at reduced rates?

Look no further than the new Playhouse space at 10033-80 Avenue.

Run cooperatively by Concrete Theatre and Alberta Opera, Edmonton’s oldest and most respected TYA touring companies, this new space is just south of Whyte Avenue and two blocks from the Theatre District in Old Strathcona. We are looking for someone to occupy a 12 x 10 office on our second floor. Desk rental/office share within the room is also possible. The rehearsal hall features floor to ceiling windows along one side as well as access to a kitchenette, and is perfect for rehearsing and creation work, but will also work beautifully for classes, photography, filming and workshops.
