5-day Workshop with Master Butoh Instructor, Diego Piñon

This workshop is open to all levels, dancers, theatre artists, and those interested in performance, Butoh, and movement.

The proposal of Butoh Ritual Mexicano is to create an artistic practice with the intention to serve a personal and social function beyond, but not excluding, entertainment. Every Butoh Ritual Mexicano workshop involves high-impact aerobic training, active meditation, and guided improvisation, all embraced within a sense of communal ritual.

When: August 15 – 19, 2016, Monday – Friday, 11 – 6pm.

Where: Spazio Performativo, 10816 95 Street.

Cost: $300.
