Job (Cardston): Lighting Designer – Carriage House Theatre

The Carriage House Theatre ambitiously presents 3 shows in repertory each summer.

Carriage House Theatre is seeking a lighting designer to attend rehearsals, consult with the directors, design and hang a light plot to serve all 3 shows, and program the console (ETC Element) for our Stage Manager to operate during the run of the shows.

There is an existing house hang that should serve as a solid starting point, with the designer updating gels and gobos and needed, and focusing a few specials for each show. CHT will work to provide a volunteer to aid you as needed, during your hang, focus and levels. Stage-time can be limited, with 3 shows rehearsing simultaneously, so being available to work on Sundays and Holidays would be an asset.

Beauty & the Beast (musical) opens June 30,
The Foreigner opens July 5, and
Big Fish (musical) opens July 7.
