Sprouts 15th Anniversary Online Auction!

We are 15 years young! This year marks the 15th annual Sprouts New Play Festival for Kids. The festival takes place on June 4-5, 2016 with two days of fun theatre and related arts activities for children and their families! All proceeds of this auction will go to support the 2016 Sprouts Festival.

This Festival is the only one of its kind in Canada, providing a gentle and engaging first theatre experience for very young audiences. We are the only professional theatre in Edmonton who welcomes an audience under five years of age and each year see many babes in arms and toddlers enjoying their very first theatre experience! We present three 15-minute plays, some of which go on to become full-length plays that tour to schools. We also have several family-friendly lobby activities before the performance and at intermission. ASL interpretation of the plays is provided both days, and Arabic interpretation will be provided on Sunday.

One way we keep the festival accessible is to keep ticket prices low. To do this we rely on the generous support of members of the community. Your support makes a real difference in the lives of children and their families in Edmonton and beyond!
