Volunteer Opportunity (Edmonton): Ushers, Sales, Patrols, Ticket-takers – Freewill Shakespeare Festival

Free Tickets, Free T-Shirts, Free Party for Volunteers!

Ushers, concession sales, merch sales, line up patrol, and ticket takers needed!

We are so excited for this summer’s upcoming festival, which runs June 21- July 17, 2016. This year, we are showing Love’s Labour’s Lost and Romeo & Juliet. It’s going to be our summer of love.

All Volunteers Receive:

A Volunteer T-Shirt.
A non alcoholic drink ticket and snack ticket for each shift.
2 complimentary tickets to the performances.
Invitation to annual Volunteer Party (takes place during Festival) with a chance to win some awesome prizes.
A thank you package including FSF sunglasses, coupons and entertainment passes
10% off merchandise.
Volunteers are welcome to stay and watch the show after their shifts are completed.

Volunteers are asked to work AT LEAST 4 shifts during the Festival.

If you are unable to make a scheduled shift we ask that you let our Operations Coordinator know at least a day in advance so the position can be rescheduled. Volunteers are required to attend the pre-festival orientation session, which takes place down at Hawrelak Park a few days before Preview.
